HOW DO I SHOP ONLINE?
Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You may always view the items you have added to your Shopping Bag by clicking the "Shopping Bag" button on the top right of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink located on any item detail page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking "update bag" after all quantity adjustments have been made.
HOW DO I CHECKOUT?
Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the Shopping bag button. If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and the password that you created for the account. If you do not have an account, simply follow the simple steps to create an account and continue through the checkout process.
Based on the contracts and relationships we have with our vendors, the merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.
The item availability is listed on the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. Colors and sizes that are unavailable will be grayed out. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

We accept PayPal, AfterPay, CashApp and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER WILL SHIPPED?
US Flat Rate Standard shipping on domestic items is 5-9 business days from order date. This includes our 1-4 business days for processing plus 1-5 business days for delivery. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
Priority shipping on domestic items is 4-7 business days from order date. This includes our 1-4 business days for processing plus 1-4 business days for delivery. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
* If your order is placed after 4:00pmCST-than your order will begin to process the next business day.
All orders IN STOCK leave our facility in 1-4 business days (this is determined by volume) Once it has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail automatically.
Express shipping for domestic orders is 1-2 business days( your order must be placed by noon CST to ship same day)
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?
Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone at this time. However, you may order directly from our online website.
I THINK MY PACKAGE WAS LOST OR STOLEN, WHAT DO I DO NOW?
JHM Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. Once items are shipped, it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for lost packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact USPS at 1800-275-8777 to file a claim for the missing shipment.
MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO YOU, WHAT DO I DO NOW?
All packages returned to us due to an invalid address will be restocked and you will be issued store credit minus the initial shipping charge. We are not able to reship an order as all returned shipments are processed by our returns department.
